Adding Employee Name
The “My Expense Sheets” tab also offers an option to add the name of the employee working on it as well as space to write the expenses details for user-friendliness. Besides, there are options to add relevant date, type of currency, amount of money and all the expense related description within the “My Expense Sheets” button.
Expense & Project Name for Expense:
The expense and project name can be added or even edited by simply clicking on the “Project Name” tab. The expenses that the application supports are “Air Travel”, “Auto Rental”, “Car Mileage”, “Food”, “Gas”, “Hotel Stay”, “Meal”, “Taxi” and “Parking”. It also presents reimburse options in the form of checkbox along with options for expense status to mark as per the situation, for instance, submitted, approved, reimbursed and others. Editing, deleting and submitting the expense sheet to the supervisors is just one click away through this amazing application.
Tax and Payment Option:
The application supports various payment methods with enlarged suppleness i.e. American Express, Cash, Master Card and Visa. On top through a drop down list within this payment tab there are options to customize currency as well. Depending on the expense requirements the application has different parameters and options to add company defined taxes within the sheets. If needed expense related receipts can also be attached and whether the amount is billable or not can also be described.
